The following terms and conditions govern all use of J.H. Ngobeni DigiComm (Pty)Ltd, Reg:2016/010926/07 Family of platforms and assets, including “PossibleAfrica.Com” platform/website. The platform is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, PossibleAfrica.Com Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this.

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the platform. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the platform or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by PossibleAfrica.Com, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. 1. Access to your PossibleAfrica.Com

In no event shall PossibleAfrica.Com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PossibleAfrica.Com Internet site, even if PossibleAfrica.Com or a platform authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 5. Fees; Payment.
PossibleAfrica.Com is freemium and subscription fee paid service platform. By signing up the membership or subscription account on platform you agreed: • Your membership may start with a free trial. The free trial period of your membership lasts for one month, or as otherwise specified during sign-up and is intended to allow new members and certain former members to try the service. You will be notified during sign-up whether you are eligible for a free trial. • At end of free trial period unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of the free trial period, will bill you the annual subscription fees of as indicated for platform services. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for a platform account and will cover the use of the service for an annual period as indicated. Platform membership or subscription fees are not refundable.

6. Sale of Service
We reserve the right to sell services to 3rd Party without prior notice or given reason. We reserve the right to conduct trends/survey on non-personal information or data collected on the platform. We reserve the right to partner with 3rd party for advertising and marketing purposes on the platform. We reserve the right to sell partial or substantially the platform or move ownership of platform to a 3rd party without prior notice and without a given reason.

7. Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. You can only cancel your account by contacting us via email. ALL of your content (text and files) will be immediately deleted from the service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is canceled.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PossibleAfrica.Com, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the platform/Website, including but not limited to out of your violation this Agreement.
